STAY AWAY there are FAR better ISP's Telkom/Vox Anything would be better

I would provide 0 stars if I could, Sales services is as poor as it comes Customer service is as poor as it comes, Support as poor as it comes, Billing is Sarcastic and rude, You dont get proper invoicing you have to go look for it on their appallingly un optimized website that looks like it was thrown together on wix in 5 minutes noting works on there. DO NOT USE THIS ISP Everything about them is poor there is not a single redeeming quality, I have had a support issue open for over a month with no assistance my line has been busted since day 1 and they refuse to assist, You can call or email it wont matter because the support staff arent competent enough to understand what to do.

When ever you deal with someone they are either 1.Excesively rude 2. Beyond unhelpful 3. Sarcastic 4. Dont respond

There are Far better ISPS out there go look at Home-Connect 4 Years with them not a single bad thing to say about the team there wonderful people. This place has been worse then Telkom/Vox or any other terrible ISP ive ever had to deal with in my life.

I would love to get out of my contract with these people I just cant stand the thought of having to pay them a cent more then I do already for their poor service.
