Stay away from Metrofibre!

Worse ISP ever. Does not deserve even the one star. Support department is pathetic. When trying to phone them, on the line forever until someone answers and then chances of problem being resolved is zero. STAY AWAY!

There was never a ticket number created.
I filled out a form emailed to me from ***.
I returned the completed form, ordering a patch cable.
From then all our problems started. One phone call after after another (if you are lucky enough for someone to answer at Support department.
