Sick and tired of **** services

I am havingbthe same issues month in and month out,every month I make a payment for my services foe a full month via eft,,and every month my services get suspended as they say I am behind my payments,I have to make calls with my own airtime with out compensation to get my services reconnected..Every single month I have email them proof of payment for the month and also proof of payment of when i reconnected m6 services and paid for the full month,frankly I am frustrated as I have a matriculant and a grade 10 kids that need to use the internet for school..i dnt knw if they treat all thier customers like this
