Shoddy and Irresponsible Work with a NO-CARE ATTITUDE

Metro Fibre Networx has dug up trenches on Essenwood Road, Durban, TWO MONTHS ago. They have failed to date to repair the pavements, leaving piles of rubble, ruining our freshly painted exterior walls. We have obtained the manager's number who never answers nor returns any calls. On a side street they have patched up the lane very badly. We had a shallow trench across our driveway for weeks. We are complaining as a community demanding the repairs be completed immediately and resoration of the recently painted walls. This company is rather irresponsible. We will ensure no residence in this area supports their network. We can only imagine how sloppy their service will be with this kind of no care attitude.
