Shocking service from Metro Fibre
My fibre to home is done by Metro Fiber, my ISP is MWEB and I have not had any Fibre since Thursday 12 November. Phone MWEB they say it is MetroFibre. Phoned Metro Fibre and they say there is no outage in our area which is Lombardy East. This is rather pathetic service from Metro Fibre surely in this day and age is cannot take this long to resolve a Fibre issue. I am not the only household in Lombardy East that is out, I believe there are approx. 40 other households with the same issue. I would presume that the only what to resolve this is to find another Company to do Fibre to my home!! not impressed with Metro Fibre at all
