Shocking after sales/technical support

<p>I have been a fiber subscriber for just under a years, usually the service is fine. The last couple of months have been different, twice my line went down but on both occasions it has been impossible to get hold of technical support. Their website claims to have a24/7 support team but no number is listed. I have tried calling the sales number listed on their website ( it is never answered after hour), twitter, emails and absolutely nothing. It is atrocious service, stay away!</p>
