severely disappointing

Dealing with Metrofibre is just a disappointing waste of time. i am still waiting to have my ftth installation completed. A 3 hour installation took 7 hours. the ONT (white box) point was installed and signed off as working but then i was told it wasnt and it had to be checked again, but they dont bring the tools and think arriving any time is acceptable, but i still accommodated the inconvenience and thought that was the end of it. Then i received a call on Tuesday, the 10/03 to install a black box? i confirm the appointment for 4pm on Friday the 13/03. The same consultant phones me the next day to make the same appointment for the 13/03 at 4pm and somehow forgot we spoke the day before. nobody shows up and nothing happens again! i am not unreasonable but non service like this is a disgrace!
