Good day,
I would like to give feedback on the technician who assisted me with my installation, Ben W.
Ben was extremely professional, punctual, and helpful throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, worked neatly, and ensured that the connector was installed properly and working perfectly before leaving. His attitude and service were excellent.
I would rate his service a solid 10/10 and commend him for doing such a great job. He truly represents Metrofibre well.
