Same problem every 3-4 weeks

Same problem every 3-4 weeks and they wanna take me through the WhatsApp chat process which will not help at the end only to be issued with default log ticket.I now know the drill it's outage in the area then after a day or so boom it's your fiber that's has a problem will send out a technician. Really!!! Metrofiber /Webafrica. Today immediately after collecting the money the fiber stopped working. Webafrica I owe you nothing but your service it's the worst ever.
