Riverside View MetroFibre down for almost a week now

Riverside View has been without internet connection since Friday 03rd March, today is the 08th March. Called several times with no luck, emailed them, only to get an apology response with no ETA. I'm on prepaid, meaning the I've already lost 5 days and I work at home. I'm spending more money on data after buying my monthly data from MetroFibre which is offline. Pathetic service of all times!!!! Will I be refunded or credited my days of no connection at all??? That remains a mistery to me. I wish there was a zero star rating to give them 'cause they don't deserve a single star.
