Regretting SIgning up with them

No feedback, terrible service. I have cancelled all my other ISP due to fibre being installed. After numouros extentions of the live date. They finally went live a week or so ago. Yet In my area there have been a slow roll out of routers and I have yet to receive one and even a call of when they will deliver. I have signed up before most of the other residents that have already gotten theirs up and running. No one can say when they will get to us, and seems like its a suck out an address of where to deliver the routers to. If I could I would cancel and go somewhere else but I am stuck in limbo now with no answer.
