Refund from MetroFibre

In April 2024 i have paid MetroFibre an extra R700.00 on my wifi and i have been requesting for a refund from May 2024 till today and there has not been a refund for the R700.00 and every time when i speak with a account department they have been telling me that they are speaking with their managers and up to this day i have been calling this company everyday and it looks like they just don't want to give me back my refund and what makes me so angry is the lies they have been telling. I just want my refund asap as am not owning this guys a thing.
