Refund
Your finance department has taken 3 months and is still not capable of doing a refund. I get told I shouldn’t call in so much, yet the only time my case moves forward is when I call in. I got no rest when you wanted your router. I want my money now. Not in two weeks. Ask someone to send my an EFT for R1700 and they can have my refund of R1700.
