Reconnect my line
Their service is absolutely phatic. Customer service does not pick up, you wait for ever. Emails and whatsapp are never answered. I need my line to be restored. POP was sent through, but as usual they are useless and do not reconnect the line and charge you days for no line.
I want my service reconnected today or im cancelling

17 Apr 2024, 11:05Your soon as possible does not work, it took 8 days to restore the previous time. How many days should I brace my self for t his time Why is your finance department so slow in connection of a service. This is not customer service.
