Really really poor service from both webafrica and metrofibre
So this review is for both webafrica and metrofibre. There has been a so called "maintenance" in the pretoria north area and the Internet has been down now for 4 days with no clear communication from them as to when or what is wrong in the area with no eta as to when the Internet will come back.. Really really poor service from them and they still expext us to pay for a full month even when the service is down...

18 Jan 2026, 07:59Good day it is now day number 5 without any Internet and there is still no eta as to when the Internet will return in pretoria north. Its getting really frustrating. There is nothing wrong with my account as it is always payed up to date by the first of every month. I have been with webafrica and metrofibre for almost 2 years now this has been the first time that we have struggled with the Internet for so long. And i have been advised that the fault is with metrofibre and the maintenance that was being done. But to no avail and no eta as to when it will return.. Really getting frustrated now..
