Quick, fast, efficient, reliable and affordable service, one of the best Customer service experience I've had dealing with anyone who works with VUMATEL. 3 agents named Sharon, Eliza and Mohammed got my services up and running with 2 days of the order being placed, and with Vumatel Fibre that's almost impossible. Thanks to this wonderful team I can work again without any hassle. All this and I didn't have to waste my own airtime calling and fighting with *********** representative that just "log" tickets and say anything to get you off the line.
