Pricing increase

You are guys are just ****!!!! My package was increased and now I have to pay extra even though I have not given any consent to this!! you guys have been increasing my line and have ensured me that there is no change to my package as it is part of yourls revamp in the area. your sales team also calls to ask me if i want to upgrade my package and i informed them i am happy with what i have!! Why did yourl not call me and inform me about the pricing just like yourl do when yourl want to push a sale!!! I've called your call center and requested to speak to a manager, and after been transferred 3 times and spending more than 20minutes on the call, guess what!!! i did not get to speak to a manager..

Get a manager/senior manager to call me downgrade my package!!! i am available promptly at 16:30
