Poorest Service ever received!

3 days to update an ip address as we are unable to do it ourselves. Causing us to WASTE money on fuel to go work from the office as nothing gets done!

I have tried calling, whatsapp, email, tickets and still nothing. Yesterday I get an email with support cc'd in, no help. Today someone calls me, I get home, check, IP is not updated.

Blood ridiculous!
