Poor technical support from technicians .

Have no service light since outage in Midrand 05/06/22 at night and was reluctant that it's an outage but till now all I have is a ticket 177788 and been told a technician will be in touch now 6 days nothing .I don't know how does one spend 7 days waiting for a technician as much as they are fully booked let me know atleast when than to say 3-5 days everytime you ask .
