Poor Service\No Communication

<p>I reside in Lonehill and made the careful decision to sign up for a FTTH product, through Cool Ideas ISP, who have partnered with metrofibre. I submitted my application 3 weeks ago and have not received any form of communication as to why there's such an unreasonable delay\holdup and why metrofibre has not communicated this to the Cool Ideas technical support team. </p> <p>I followed up with Bheki from Cool Ideas today and he still has not heard anything, with regards to my issue, from anyone at metrofibre.</p> <p>This level of service is totally unacceptable and very disappointing. How much longer do I have to wait to get some form of definitive feedback?</p> <p> </p>
