Poor Service delivery

I am having the worst experience in my life. Aitsa made a commitment to me that i will not sit without internet from their side. as soon as i cancel with telkom they will take the line over. now it seems Aitsa can not provide me with 40mb/s Fiber internet as its the clients responsibility to communicate and follow up with openserve regarding the upgrade of an 10 mb/s to 40 mb/s fiber line. Worst of all is that there are no phone numbers nor email addresses available for me to get in contact with openserve.

This sad process is now dragging for 3 weeks and the Director of the Aitsa internet company can not even lift a finger to get involved to assist in this matter or even contact me after numerous requests.
