Poor service and empty promises
We reside in Kyalami Hills and got a flyer regarding high speed fibre Internet connection. Excellent prices to impress but poor service delivery. We contacted them. Spoke to Amelia who said they would be here on Saturday to do the free installation. Impressive. Saturday comes. No show. Only to be informed installation will only take place in 6 - 8 weeks if 200 units apply. So why make a promise to install if you know that is not the case. We cancelled our weekend plans for this installation to take place. As well as promising to Skype my kids every day from today onwards. Highly disgusted and disappointed. How do they plan on rectifying this? Whatever it is, its better be as fast as they profess their line speed to be!

The Kyalami Hills projects is still in a pre-installation phase and it would therefore have been impossible to do an installation at you home. We will make sure to contact you as soon as we get the go-ahead from our project team. We are sure that the quality of our service will make up for any inconvenience caused by this misunderstanding.
