Poor service and disregard to clients

Metrofibre by far is the worst telecommunications service provider I have ever experienced. Over a week without wifi at our complex and there is no clear indication of when the problem will be repaired. We work from home and schools are closed. They don't care or have any sense if urgency because our complex is contracted to them so they know they will not lose a client. A month ago, I reported a problem which they have not even bothered to addressed or even tell me to get lost, NOTHING! Their service is truly appalling!
