Poor service after logging a problem, no feedback , wi-fi service still off line.

I have been with MetroFibre wi-fi (Pretoria) for a few years. My wi-fi went down on Thursday morning, the 11th of April 2024. I reported the problem the same day. I phoned again, several times, on Friday 12 April, as well as Saturday 13 April. Every time I phone, they mention that a technician is working on the problem. No one has come back to me, and the wi-fi is still not working. It is essential that the wi-fi works. Income is generated by being online, which is now not the case.
