Poor service

I have been without internet for 3 days. Have raised tickets and tickets. They have sent technician to fix this and we are still without internet .. when you phone support service they take your détail make you wait and cut the line/ drop the line. The other will tell you that they will raise the issues with engineering but still no solution ..
