Poor service a and no connection

My fiber has been down from Friday the 27th of October 2023 at 8;30 am and has not been resolved for 5 days. Metro Fiber communicates that their technitians dont work over the weekend. and will attend to my matter on Wednesday as the issue they are resolving is huge. I work from home and have been told lies from one agent to the other including their contractor who goes by Foreverness Project . They lie and never communincate with customers.
