Poor Service
Would not recommend. It is very difficult to get technicians to come out and fix faults. We have been without fibre in sinoville for a week now. With promises of calls and technicians everyday before close of business but there has been no technicians and no calls.

09 Dec 2022, 07:26Thank you for your assistance but unfortunately it doesn't really mean anything to have a ticket logged or refrence number. Since we have received about 8 refrence numbers already and 3 emails stating a technician will contact us within 24 hours. And there still has not been any calls or technicians on site. When will there be technicians to fix the Fibre.
