Poor service

Is been the whole day without intranet connection, and I have received sms to notify me that there is problem in my area and they will advise when the issue is resolved, and I haven't seen any of your technician and this days every week we have connectivity problems this is not fair while we are paying alot of money, please fix issues immediately.
