Poor service

I have reported a network issue 19h25 Monday 29th may 2023 but till today they have done nothing. I actually had to call daily to follow-up and no one knows whatbis the problem. I had to beg them to open a ticket and still beg them to share ticket number so that it can be easy to make a follow up, now its 17h44 31st May 2023 and still no network. My point is what should a person do since we leaving in tue technology world.

No network basically you can't write exams or even work from home.

These people are so unreliable. I have lost faith in their service together with Gigawave Solutions.
