Poor service

5 days without connection, logged complain Last week Wednesday , was told il get a ticket number to show that a ticket was logged, no ticket! Thursday called and spoke to Karabo(technician) who told me a ticket was logged. I asked for ticket number and he said he is not entirely sure if they send out ones. Was told a technician will come on Thursday, but no one came. Saturday got a call that a technician will come between 9-10 am BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP. I don’t know if they are hiking from Cape Town to pta , if they do please let us know in time so we can find alternatives ways to work!!but this is utter nonsense!!!! Tomorrow is Monday an extra day with no connection!!!
