23 Dec 2024, 10:27I am owing R2330 so I wanted to pay R2000 because that is what I can afford for now, and I was asking if you could open my line if I pay the R2000.
The guy I was talking to said you have an option whereby you split the balance into 3 payments and add R200 extra to open the line. Kindly assist me with that because the money that I have is short for R330

23 Dec 2024, 10:50I called the accounts department but they said it's the retention department that can assist me. I asked them to put me through the line they said their line is not working so they are going to ask them to call me. I am still waiting for their call
