Poor service

Poor service. Their fibre has not been work for the past two days and when I ask a turnaround time to get feedback I’m being told 3 to 4 working days, to think I was always recommending it to everyone I know. Atleast I will gladly tell them how useless the service is. I now need to relocate at the moment in order to attend work related meetings because of their incompetence. They even gave me a ticket number :346271 which I doubt it would be fixed
