Poor network connection and no communication

I wrote to you guys on the 27th of November coz I was having network issues, today am writing on the 5th of December, the network is still the same, it only connect properly for 30 minutes and disconnect thereafter and spend the whole day with no internet, I am working from home, now I have to spend money from my own pocket to buy the data that am paying you guys to provide. Are you going to reimburse me for all the days I didn’t had the Internet. This is tiring honestly, you can be logging fault for the same thing over and over again with no solution. Can you fix my WiFi or reimburse me, I can’t live like this.
