Poor Fibre line not being fixed

I have been having issues with my fibre line since December 2023, the network is not stable and you have to be on top of the router to be able to connect, few steps away from the router & the network kicks you out, I logged a call beginning of January 2024 and to date the useless company is yet to attend to my query, its a new story of we are checking everyday but every month I see a debit order from them, I need their nonsensical subscription cancelled.
