Poor fibre line

On Tuesday (20-08-2024) my WiFi was down the whole day and on Wednesday, services were restored again but now my network speed was cut in half, barely getting 4mbps even with one device connected whilst my package is supposed to be a 2mbps line. This is really ridiculous and unacceptable. Please fix this with utmost importance as i have an exam to write tomorrow (23-08-2024) and it requires at least 6MB download speed which I haven’t been getting the speed that I’m paying for.
