Poor Customer Support Service
Honestly they are the worst when coming to customer support services. All you get in an AI programmed service that struggles to understand your query whislt in distress.
My home wifi was working perfectly since last year after installtion until this morning when the Router showed red light (which now flashes) and the ONT showed no light on the LAN channel.
I made numerous attemptes to reach out to customer support without success as i had to deal with AI machine that did not understand the nature of my problem. As a result, i have been without internet since morning til now and the sad part is my line of job requires a persistent and reliable internet connection. Now everything is on the line because i cannot complete my work tasks. All i got is launched tickets but no support call or intervention whatsoever thereafter and there are no reported outages on my area
