Poor customer service | Lack of Communication | Poor turnaround time | Unprofessionals

To think that I also recommended this to my friend and he's also using this thing now. I'll be betraying him when I leave but due to this kind to service received or how should I put it cos they never give any service! Anyways I don't have much to say about them anymore here cos I've said alot on the mail sent to them.

Well just know that an ISP company should prioritize any internet queries with agency, we avoided routers because they are buffering during our meetings. But I think it's much better to deal with something you know that you've got no one to hold accountable but yourself.
