Poor customer service

I have done all I need to do to have my services functioning, I now have called multiple times, whatsapp messaged multiple times, emailed multiple times, social media multiple times yet I'm sitting with no services. I need to work and I can't because you never respond to any of your communication channels. Then I'll get a call in 2 weeks asking if my query was resolved.
