Poor Customer Service
I have never seen a company that does not care about its customers. Numerous times I have sent them emails requesting for a consultant to call me, and they simply not respond. Yet they portray themselves on Social Media that their Customer Support is available 24hrd 365 days a year.

Everything in my area has been completed, and on Monday my router was installed, and was told it would be active the following day, which is still not active till today
