Terrible service from metro fibre, they switched off my line without any notification, I logged a call on Saturday and promised to dispatch a technician but that was not fulfilled.
I followed up on Sunday I was told that technician will come after 24hrs that is their lead time, the day went by I called on Monday the 28 Oct, I was promised that technician will be on site within 8 hours that never happened I kept following up and they said 12:30, after that nobody came, they sarted lying saying they called and couldn’t reach me that was a lie, after that they said technician was on site and updated their ticket that my line is faulty I request photos and ticket comms to be sent on mail they failed.
Absolutely terrible service and full of lies do not trust this service provider they don’t deserve even a star.
That’s all lies they did not contact me and there was no incorrect information or contact number supp****, your team failed to contact me they have been promising that they will call but they did not only they called when I was doing 5th follow up with Baron they called the number I called you with not the contact number that has been registered with you.
I was promised that they will be on site at 12:30 they did not pitch I was waiting for your technician the whole day, saying they arrived it a lie
I further requested photos of the pictures taken with time stamp I have spoken to Derisa and Mthokozisi yesterday evening they promised to send them on my email even today they haven’t sent them.
Baron was so impatient and dropped the phone wilhile I was asking what is happening why am I being fooled.
Your service is absolutely pathetic and worse you lie to your clients very unprofessional.
