*********** people and poor service

they came and install a fibre in my house on the 4th April,and since then I waited for the invoice so my line will be activated,yesterday i called and the lady by the name of Lebo said she is with a technician and they wanted to make a 10am appointment today.I asked them if they will be on time since i'll be at work and had to find someone to be at the house and they confirm,well they never pitched and I phoned Koketso who promised to get them to my house, and hour 40 minutes later they call me to tell me they had other appointments and they were very arrogant to say we had other customers to prioritize just imagine the incompetency, they were even calling me with a whatsapp call very unproffessional someone must call me to set up an appointment to come and take your equipments I can't deal with *********** peaople
