pavements & outages
They dug up every pavement in the city and the repairs to that digging up were disgusting and in many instances non-negotiable in a wheelchair - I know, I am wheelchair bound and the ride is smoother on the roads in many cases. Now, we have had so many lengthy outages. This is specific for Port Elizabeth.
