Pathetic service. No response. No feedback. They dont care about customer service
Have been waiting for almost 7 days for Metro fibre. Logged calls. No one coming back with when they going to fix it. Keep on asking for details. Have like 3 or 4 reference numbers. They dont return calls. When you call, they switchh you from one dpt to next thrn phone goes off.
