Pathetic service Level 7 internet and Metrofubre

Our internet is down again. I have called level 7 internet and they told me that there's nothing they can do. I have to wait for escalation which takes anywhere between 2 to 3 days. This is becoming like a normal thing to be deprived of service we have paid for. Does it have to take a complaint posted on hello Peter to have our issues resolved?
