pathetic service from mweb and metrofibre!

Very disappointed with the poor service, we wanted to install fiber at our home because we need to work from home as soon as possible, we phoned in and did the application with the consulted everything was approved and he informed us the installation would be done in 2 days, its is now the 10th day and nothing has happened ,we've been phoning day in and day out and no help yet, despite the fact that we are wasting all our airtime being held and transfered from one department to another for almost hours on end, in fact today my wife has been trying to get through to them from 8 this morning and only got ahold of them now at 4 in then afternoon and still being transfered all over the place ,very frustrating and pathetic service from mweb and metrofibre!!!
