Pathetic service from MFibre & Homeconnect

MFibre and HomeConnect are the worst, one blaming one another. No internet connection since 23 Dec, when I called Mfibre the agent said service is up from their side. 2 weeks later , no resolution and no one is bothered. Pathetic!
