Pathetic service

This is by far the worst and most pathetic customer service experience ever. They have no level of accountability or reliability. Their departments are so disjointed that no one know how to resolve a simple query. I have been without internet for 4 days and they don't even bother answering their phone or responding to emails.

I've spoken to three peoples yesterday and they can't even assist me.
