Pathetic service

If i could give no stars i would, i am with MWEB who uses metro fibre however metro fibres connectivity is so pathetic my mobile data works better. over the last 3 years, alsmost every 2/3 months the broadband and service drops on the routers. turn around time is pathetic and no feedback is given unless i make a call which also doesnt help as the consultants are so slow its like they picked anyone from the street and let them work, brain dead
