Pathetic Service
Customer service and FINANCE DEPARTMENT especially are seriously pathetic! Every month i need to follow up on payment that has been done. They quick to disconnect and take they own time to connect. Its pathetic!!!! Why suspend an account that has been paid up? Whos fault is that???? If you cant do your job! Is this the service we paying for? I hope that i will be getting my money back for the days that you have disconnected!!!!

24 Aug 2023, 14:00Not to mention they do not pick up their calls and finance does not bother to provide feedback after numerous follow ups! As for their customer service chat say they cannot help me but to only wait!!!
