Pathetic service and no internet connection

I changed address and the installation was done on the 27th of October, i was told it would be activated within 24 hours. After numerous calls, emails and whattsapp no resolution to my issue. October rental has been paid however no cover since the above mentioned date. The service from u has been the worst, i thought telkom was bad but u guys suck. I have asked for some to contact me and nothing. I work from home and u are costing me more. Have this sorted out asap.
